Job Description This position is open only to Graduate and Professional Students. Yale College Reunions are organized by the Yale Alumni Association, and take place Wednesday through Sunday, May 22 – 26 & May 29 – June 2. YAA Yale College Reunions support staff will work both reunion weekends. There will be a formal interview process, and if hired approximately 5 hours of training prior to the start of reunion weekends. Hours may vary, but you must be available to work either, Wednesday – Sunday, 8:00am – 6:00pm, or 5:00pm – 1:00am. Duties include overseeing undergraduate employees, attending to customer service needs of alumni and reunion guests, and overseeing reunion activities. YAA Yale College Reunions Support Staff should have a professional, pleasant, and helpful attitude when interacting with alumni, their guests, and children. Support staff are guaranteed between 20-25 hours per week for each reunion weekend. Benefits include competitive wages; a 20 - 25 hour guarantee for each reunion weekend; subsidies for lunch and dinner at local eateries during reunions.
Job Requirements Must be a current Yale University Graduate or Professional School student. You will be required to attend training sessions in mid-May. If you are hired as Reunions Support Staff, you must be available to work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of both reunion weekend. See above for hours.
