VAR Tuition Payments

The VAR tuition payment process has been developed to allow users to process tuition payments to currently enrolled VAR students.  All VAR tuition payments are processed through one cost center within Student Employment, VAR.  Only tuition payments are processed in the VAR cost center.  Non-tuition payments for VAR students need to be processed in the department's cost center with the appropriate pay elements. 

VAR tuition payments are processed as a one-time payment to the student's Student Account.  We will correct the dates on a VAR tuition payment if we see that the transaction will process in more than one payment. 

Users must have Business Office level access to the VAR cost center within the Student Employment system to process these payments.  Instructions on how to process a VAR tuition payment can be found on the Business Office Control Panel.
