Job Description

The Office of New Haven Affairs is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented student interested in providing support for Yale's coordinated, K-12 outreach initiatives, Pathways to Science and Pathways to Arts & Humanities. The intern is responsible for providing administrative and other forms of support for Pathways. Duties include but are not limited to: event set-up, check-in, close-out, etc. at in-person events; supporting University faculty, students, and staff in planning and preparing outreach events; acting as a point of contact for Pathways students and families; data entry & maintenance of database; and other administrative duties. This position is an important one and event organizers rely on your presence. Therefore, this position may not be a good fit for students who are looking for flexibility in weekly scheduling
