Job Description

Candidates will photograph various events associated with Yale's community educational programming throughout the semester. Events are typically for middle and high school students. Examples include Brain Education Day, Chemistry Magic Show, Medical Simulation Academy, and more. Most events are on weekends and can range from an hour of photography time to a full-day event. Photos are uploaded to a shared Google Drive after minimal editing (lighting corrections) a few days after each event. See some examples of past events at: https://www.instagram.com/yalepathwaystoscience/

Job Requirements

Dependable, punctual, able to work independently, well-organized, detail-oriented, and has a good sense of humor. Must be comfortable taking photographs in an array of lighting conditions, room setups, and event formats. Must work a minimum of 2 events per month during peak event times. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred, but not required. 

Compensation MFA in Photography Students: $25/hr All other students: $18/hr
