Assist Classroom Technology & Event Services in providing customer support services for classes and special academic events. Students will answer phones, gather ticket details and submit those details via email to ServiceNow.
No experience necessary. Full training provided. Day and Evening hours available. Freshmen and Sophomores preferred. Must have strong communication skills.
