Job Description The YSPH Office of Student Affairs is looking for a temporary student assistant to help with office needs during the summer of 2019. The student assistant will support full-time staff with a number of projects. Primary responsibilities of the position include archiving records; updating databases including the MS/PhD database and the career management database; assisting with social media communication; and performing general clerical duties as needed. The schedule is flexible but the student must perform their duties during the Student Affairs business hours (M-F, 8:00-4:00).
Job Requirements Current YSPH graduate student, must be reliable and detail oriented and have the ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Compensation $13.75/hour
Job Level Student Worker, Level Three
Hours 10.0 to 15.0 hours per week
