Job Description

Undergraduate research assistants needed to assist with running in-person studies at SOM Evans Hall (and possibly other local sites) starting in fall 2025.

Tasks include greeting/checking-in participants, giving out study instructions, handling cash payments, and other logistics. Most studies are run Monday-Friday (no studies are held during reading/exam periods or recess). 

Occasionally, remote research tasks are available in the field of Organizational Behavior/Marketing. This may include manual web scraping, coding free written survey responses from participants, proofreading papers, completing literature reviews and more. 

Job Requirements

Flexibility is important, as there are weeks that are hectic and others that are more relaxed.

Ability to work independently and make sound judgement calls in regard to study and lab operations.

Personable, attentive to detail, comfortable interacting with various people and student subjects. Must be reliable and arrive on time for any scheduled shifts.

Self manage deadlines and communicate effectively with researchers/faculty to stay on track with research projects. 

Compensation $17.50/hour
Job Level CY25: Level III
Hours 1.0 to 10.0 hours per week
