Job Description	Yale Athletics Marketing is looking for Yale students to assist the marketing and promotions team on game days. Events may include regular season and Ivy League Tournament games for Football, Field Hockey, M/W Soccer, M/W Basketball, M/W Ice Hockey, Tennis, Fencing, M/W Lacrosse, Softball and Baseball. Responsibilities include: Acting as a customer service point person at the marketing table near the main entrance of the facility Handing out giveaway/promotional items to fans Securing fans to participate in promotional contests during the game (shoot-to-win, etc.) Operating videoboards and in-game music systems (training is provided - no experience necessary) Assisting Event Management and Facility departments as needed for promotional events Other relevant duties as assigned
Job Requirements	Training will be provided for every task, so no experience working in sports is necessary. Requirements include: Must be a current Yale undergraduate student in good standing Excellent communication skills (customer service) and attention to detail A willingness to learn the flow of each sport (timing of pregame activities, media timeouts, etc.) in order to produce a quality event Ability to work nights and weekends Most games are Friday through Sunday Ability to work over winter and spring breaks is a preference, but not a requirement It is preferred to have some experience around sports (playing sports, working high school events, etc.) but it is not a requirement.
Compensation	$16.50/hour
Job Level	CY25: Level I
Hours	5.0 to 15.0 hours per week
