Job Description

Yale Schwarzman Center (YSC) is seeking undergraduate, graduate, and professional students to support its marketing and communications efforts by creating content for the Center’s social media channels. The marketing and communications assistant reports to the Center’s marketing manager and interfaces with the Center’s Woodbridge Fellow and director of marketing and communications.

Job Requirements
  • A career interest in social media marketing, or arts reviewing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
  • A creative and innovative mindset
  • The ability to translate ideas into compelling content that engages audiences
  • A smartphone and laptop for work purposes

Applicants must submit a portfolio of their prior work demonstrating three high-performing social media posts on the platforms of their choosing.

Compensation $16.50/hour
Job Level CY25: Level I
Hours 4.0 to 10.0 hours per week
