Job Description

 

Natasha Sarin, Professor of Law and President of the Budget Lab, is seeking Research Assistants to work on projects relating to a wide variety of economic policy areas. RAs will be engaged in all stages of the research process, including conceptual development, model programming, data analysis, and writing. This research will give RAs the opportunity to see how academic research that is intended both for publication in academic journals and for policy relevance is conducted.

 

Job Requirements

 

Candidates should have coursework in economics and statistics and an interest in public policy, although candidates with strong programming skills and no prior experience in economics are also encouraged to apply.

 

Start: as soon as available

End: end of academic year 2025-6

 


Compensation $17.50/hour
Job Level CY25: Level III
Hours 19.0 hours per week
