This position would help support the The Research Education Institute for Diverse Scholars (REIDS) during this summer. REIDS aims to increase the number and impact of racial and ethnic minority researchers dedicated to reducing HIV inequities in communities of color, with particular emphasis on early career faculty and post-doctoral researchers. The key responsibilities in supporting the preparation and logistics before, during, and after the institute runs. During the 4-week summer institute for REIDS fellows, this position will be helping coordinate institute logistics as well as developing and implementing REIDS curriculum and participating in discussions. You will support fellows in their research, being a point of contact for questions and issues that arise during the institute. You will support the fellowship director in designing and developing curriculum that aligns with the goals and objectives of the REIDS program. During the institute you will also be implementing the developed curriculum, along with the fellowship director.
