G&P Students- Assistance with Myth of Miscommunication Workshops 

 

The Office of Gender & Campus Culture (OGCC) Communication and Consent Educators (CCEs) facilitate the Myth of Miscommunications workshops for First Year students every Fall. OGCC is looking for graduate and professional students interested in assisting with the logistical aspects of these workshops which include; transporting materials to and from the OGCC office, setting up and breaking down catering, prepping workshop spaces, managing attendance, helping first year students locate their workshop rooms, and other duties as assigned.

This postion is open only to Graduate and Professional Students. This is a temporary position active form Monday, August 25th - Tuesday, August 26th.

 

 

 

Job Requirements

G&P Staff assisting with Myth of Miscommunications Workshops Will: 

  1. Need to be available for a minimum of one five-hour shift on Monday, August 25th and/or on Tuesday, August 26th.

  1. Transport materials from OGCC office to classroom buildings on central campus  

  1. Support staff with set-up and clean-up of workshop materials and catering 

  2. Prepare the Workshop spaces- requires moving chairs

  3. Take Attendence and keep track of which students have attended workshops

  1. Welcome first year students to workshops, redirect lost students, and direct late students to sign up for make-up workshops  

  1. Other duties as assigned 

Compensation $17.00/hour
Job Level CY25: Level II
Hours 5.0 to 20.0 hours per week
