Admissions Three Cairns Ambassadors serve as a dynamic, front-facing role within YSE’s Office of Admissions and Financial Aid. Ambassadors serve in a wide variety of capacities, including giving tours of YSE facilities, assisting with data projects, participating in virtual information sessions, and assisting prospective students as they determine if YSE is their best fit! * Job Requirements: • Offer complementary, student-focused information to prospects • Develop relationships with prospective students by phone, email, zoom, etc. • Assist in the planning and facilitating of virtual information sessions, current student chats, FAQ sessions, and others as needed. • Assist in planning and facilitating Admitted Students Info-session, Virtual International/domestic Fair, Open Houses, Three Cairns Community Sessions, and Three Cairns/International student specific one on one sessions with the potential to be involved in other recruitment events (such as college fairs and conferences) on and off campus. • Support the Team in other duties as assigned, such as supporting our monthly e-newsletters, sharing your experiences as a student through blogs and social media takeovers, and data collection/synthesis. |
