The Graduate Assistant II to the Executive Committee provides support for the Assistant to the Executive Committee as well as the Executive Committee Coordinating Group. This position requires handling of confidential information, updating and maintaining records, correspondence with students, faculty, and staff, participating in meetings, and backup for taking minutes at hearings both in-person and remote. The Graduate Assistant to the Executive Committee works closely with the Assistant to the Executive Committee to ensure that records are kept up to date and communications are disseminated in a timely manner. Special projects, such as data collection, may be assigned as needed. Opportunity to work after the conclusion of the academic year. Ideal candidates would be available through the 2025-2026 academic year and July of 2026. Candidates should be organized and communicative. Exceptional note-taking skills are required, and prior minute-taking experience is a plus. Candidates should have a working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat (editing PDFs), Excel, Word, and Zoom. |
