The Yale Center for British Art seeks student workers with Visitor Services. Reporting to the Head of Visitor Services, this position is responsible for welcoming and orienting visitors in person, as well as answering the telephone in a warm, friendly manner. They will ensure excellent customer service by providing information to visitors about the collections, current exhibitions, membership, Museum Shop merchandise, upcoming programs, parking, accessibility, and other visitor concerns. As one of the museum’s front-line ambassadors, they proactively engage with visitors and deliver a superior visitor experience. Students will work 7-15 hours a week, including some evening and weekend hours. |
