The Yale Program on Stakeholder Innovation and Management is looking for students to help explore the opportunities and challenges companies face in taking a multi-stakeholder perspective in their overall corporate strategy. Business leaders are shifting the fundamental purpose of the corporation to create value for multiple stakeholders while maximizing long-term profits for shareholders. This shift raises several questions: What new skills, tools, and methods are needed? How are CEOs determining what stakeholder issues to address? How are CEOs using purpose and values to guide their organizations and manage stakeholder relationships? How are CEOs creating value for stakeholders by using new ways to frame solutions and innovate? You will assist in the creation of tools, frameworks, SOM coursework, and case studies for both students and practitioners that help answer these questions. You will be led by an RA Manager and have check-ins with the Director of Research of the Stakeholder Innovation and Management and SOM faculty. |
