Job Description

Student will work on strategic projects in the Office of Development, specifically for the Yale Alumni Fund. The primary work responsibilities will be to create content and assist with Yale College and Yale Graduate School class and student programs. Student will use experience in the Alumni Fund to work on projects such as the creation of marketing materials, the coordination of student events, alumni research, and communication. In addition, experience with Word, Excel, Instagram, TikTok, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva are preferred. The student will need to be able use additional digital platforms, such as mass email, texting, and video marketing products. Other ad hoc responsibilities will include report and solicitation materials preparation, coding, data entry, alumni research, and writing for the university’s annual giving fundraising program, in addition to organizational support including clerical duties, and other projects as assigned. The student will exercise their judgement in the performance of these duties with consultation from the supervisor as needed.

Job Requirements

Content creation, research and writing skills, clerical and computing skills including Word and Excel. Flexible hours, within Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM, with a minimum of two consecutive hours worked.

Compensation $16.50/hour
