The selected candidate will perform parasite DNA extraction and sequencing protocols, troubleshoot technical problems related to sample processing, conduct initial QC analysis on metabarcoding datasets, and contribute to routine laboratory management (e.g., reagent preparation, ordering supplies, supervising undergraduate lab assistants, etc). This is a full-time position (19 hours/wk) with a one-year appointment. Review of applications will begin August 31, 2025, and the position will remain open until filled.
