Process customer ticket sales and customer pickups Answer guest questions with regard to event and facility (i.e. location of sections, price of tickets, dates of future events) Handal in a positive manner inquiries, discrepancies, or other ticketing issues with guests and staff Utilize AudienceView software to troubleshoot any and all ticketing issues (training provided) Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, proficiently, and in accordance with university policies Answer phones for questions and/or take orders |
