This student will assist with research on associate psychiatric disorders with genetic and imaging data. He will mainly help process genomic datasets, explore tools to calculate polygenic risk scores, and support efforts to link genetic features with brain imaging data. His work may also involve feature extraction, model tuning, and helping interpret how specific genetic or imaging features relate to disease outcomes.
