Job Description

The Success Lab Research Fellow responsibilities include but are not limited to the follow: 1) Literature Review: Identify and synthesize relevant literature about the impact of Locally-based Environmental NGOs. In collaboration with the PI and Director, conduct a comprehensive literature review resulting in an annotated bibliography and literature database. 2) Participant Observation: Participate in relevant events, as identified by Success Lab, to gain an understanding of ENGO impact and reporting. Attend events, take notes, synthesize relevant information according to the research methodology. 3) Interview: Support Success Lab research through identifying interviewees, coordinating sessions, co-developing research questions, conducting interviews 4) Support the Success Lab Brown Bag Lunch series including coordinating meetings, taking notes, sending action items, supporting outputs.

Job Requirements

Job requirements include: 1) experience in qualitative research including literature review, interviews and participant observation 2) experience and interest in qualitative research methodology 3) ability to work independently and in a team 4) Professional communication and task management skills

Compensation $25

Hours 5.0 to 15.0 hours per week
