Undergraduate or graduate student research assistant needed to develop an app for use in a study on immigrant integration in Europe. The app will eventually be freely available to migrants in a European country where studies of immigrant integration are being conducted. The app’s functions should include the provision of information to migrants and asylum seekers regarding their rights and obligations; easy access to services, including hotlines where they can report abuse or threatening experiences; and eventually the app will also match migrants/asylum seekers to employers posting vacancies for jobs in the migrants’ area of residence. The overall impact of the app on improving migrant integration outcomes will be studied. Similar apps in other countries already exist and are in use and could potentially be modified for our specific country context.
