Job Description

The student worker will help respond to email inquiries, help make permits, and assist with transitioning current parkers to the new parking sticker. They will also support the office staff with a variety of daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and customer service. Additional duties may include greeting walk-in visitors and performing other clerical work to ensure smooth office operations.

Job Requirements

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability and willingness to learn new systems. 

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. 

Ability to take initiative, follow up on matters in a timely fashion.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple spreadsheets and lists simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy when inputting lot assignments and providing parkers with the correct information. 

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Compensation $16.50/hour
Job Level CY25: Level I
Hours 10.0 to 15.0 hours per week
