The Office of the Secretary and Vice President of University Life is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated student assistant to support the University Events team with a website development project. The Student Assistant will assist with organizing, drafting, reviewing, and editing content as the website migrates into a new system. Key Responsibilities - Reporting to the University Events team, with the responsibility of organizing and managing website content during the system transition.
- Draft, edit, and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Maintain organized files and shared documents.
- Communicate progress, issues, and updates in a timely manner.
- Conduct basic quality assurance checks to ensure accurate formatting and functionality of migrated content.
- Support the University Events team with administrative tasks as assigned.
