Support the transition of ELTI’s website from Drupal 7 to Drupal 9 by assisting with content migration and quality assurance. Working closely with ELTI’s communications and web development teams, the Content Migration Fellow will help ensure that content—including text, images, and digital media—is accurately transferred, organized, and displayed in the new website. 

 

Primary responsibilities include:

 

• Working within Drupal content management systems to locate, download, and organize existing assets (e.g., images, PDFs, and HTML content) from the current site.

• Creating new pages and posts in the Drupal 9 site using provided templates and populating them with migrated content.

• Ensuring that formatting, layout, and links function correctly and that content follows ELTI’s visual and editorial standards.

• Making informed decisions about how to adapt and structure content within the new templates after receiving training and guidance.

• Conducting self-review to confirm completeness and accuracy, and knowing when to seek clarification or support from a manager.

• This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and an ability to learn new digital tools and workflows quickly.
