Job Description

The Fox International Fellowship at Yale University is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Yale Law student to assist with MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) negotiations. The role involves managing the iterations of MOUs using an approved template and ensuring the signing process is completed smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for law students to gain hands-on experience in legal negotiations and document management.

Responsibilities:

- Track and manage iterations of MOUs using the provided template.

- Ensure the timely and accurate finalization of four MOUs by the end of the academic year.

- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate the signing process.

- Maintain detailed records of the negotiation process and document iterations.

Job Requirements

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Interest in legal negotiations and document management.

Compensation $25.00
