Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
As ELTI celebrates its 20th year, we are eager to better understand our impact and support our capacity development teams in achieving effective results. As such, we have been updating our monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) programming, including developing an updated MEL framework, identifying key learning questions and opportunities, and revising MEL protocols. As part of this initiative, ELTI is launching a past participant survey to reach as many of the 6,000+ leaders ELTI has taught. We aim to learn how past participants have applied the skills and knowledge they learned in ELTI courses, what barriers they have faced in implementing them, and how ELTI can best provide post-training support.
We are looking for a MEL associate who would work with the ELTI team to support the design, delivery, and analysis of the past participant survey. In addition, the MEL associate would support the behind-the-scenes management of the process to ensure effective project delivery.
The MEL associate will have the opportunity to interact with a global network of environmental professionals and gain skills in survey design, collection, and analysis. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and enthusiasm to work on environmental causes and capacity development in the tropics.
